market up down ta hununai parcha... natra kasari kamaune? haina? tara kina up huncha, kina down huncha... dherai factorsma depend huncha... politics, news, banking policies, international policies, and even straight out manipulations. but NEPSE in my opinion is heavily ruled by the sentiments of the investors. Instead of research and fact driven decisions, many rely on gossip, whether it is spread by some news outlet or some discussion forum, baseless rumors are often used as tactics to drive the market demand and supply. But one thing for certain is that the market is very volatile.Especially, now that the market has seen some sensible investors coming in with their analytical knowledge on how to judge a particular stock. But they too seem blinded by their little knowledge and dive in without taking other factors into consideration. So that makes nepse even more volatile with the sentimental investors and so-called analytical investors and some wanting to emulate both; all wanting a piece of the cake. The important things to grasp about this subject are the following: 1. At the most fundamental level, supply and demand in the market determines stock price. 2. Price times the number of shares outstanding (market capitalization) is the value of a company. Comparing just the share price of two companies is meaningless. 3. Theoretically, earnings are what affect investors' valuation of a company, but there are other indicators that investors use to predict stock price. Remember, it is investors' sentiments, attitudes and expectations that ultimately affect stock prices. 4. There are many theories that try to explain the way stock prices move the way they do. Unfortunately, there is no one theory that can explain everything. Laser tattoo removal can significantly lighten a tattoo, making it easier to cover up with new tattoo artwork if desired. This offers more flexibility and options for those who wish to modify or replace their existing tattoos.
